Some birthdays call for more than a party – indeed, they deserve a full-blown music festival! We love transforming venues, and for this one, we built a concert stage and surrounding facilities at our client’s ranch for a 60th birthday celebration in Austin, Texas. We then set out to plan, design and produce an all-day festival for 400 guests that brought together incredible live music, authentic Texas experiences, and a whole lot of fun. The photos tell the story best — from BBQ and line dancing to a gaming tent, custom cigar making, chicken sh*t bingo, personalized ball caps, and countless memorable moments shared with family and friends (thanks to @coryryanphotography for these great photos!).
And then there was the lineup. With Ryan Bingham, Lukas Nelson, Charley Crockett, and The Red Clay Strays taking the stage, the music was every bit as extraordinary as the occasion. And true to form for our kind of party, we wrapped the festival with a late-night after-party in the Saloon led by a beloved local band – The Jerry Petter Band. Five bands, 400 guests, and a party that carried on all day and well into the night — all in honor of one very special guy turning 60. It was Texas-sized, music-filled, and completely unforgettable. Exactly how a milestone birthday should be celebrated.
At Rosecrest Special Events, we believe the best celebrations aren’t simply attended — they’re experienced.
Building a music festival from the ground up, in the rain!
Let the games, and music, begin!
