Ghoulish Halloween Dance Party for Teens – Woodside, CA

We were thrilled to be back in action planning a really cool Halloween dance party this past fall. When our client’s bar mitzvah plans fell through not once, but twice, and then thankfully, all of the teens were able to be vaccinated, a dance party – outside – with a ghoulish Halloween theme became the answer to cancelled plans and finally being able to gather together again.

With a gorgeous backyard to work with, we teamed up with veteran decorations-extraordinaire, Rick Herns Productions, and DJ and lighting experts, Gatsby Event Studios, to create a graveyard welcome, eery lighting, body parts floating in the pool, and even a zombie wall. In this new environment of ensuring we have safe spaces in which to celebrate, we were very proud of the ultimate party tent we collaborated on with Bright Event Rentals. We transformed a backyard lawn and poolside patio into a spacious, gorgeous, and grungy-feeling nightclub that the teens loved! A Rosecrest designed party is all about the details – for this party, there was no end to glowing eyeballs everywhere, spooky spiders and skeletons peeking out in unexpected spaces, billowing fog and mood lighting, cut “glass” coming out of “bloody” cupcakes, and so many other ghoulish effects. The graffiti art wall was a HUGE hit, as was DJ Wild’s dance tunes all night long.

It was really good to be back. We are excited to see what 2022 will bring, and ready to design and produce a spectacular, gorgeous, memorable event for you!
