We were so happy to help Oakland’s Liberty Group plan for their Client Appreciation Party, and official Open House of their new digs in Oakland. The completely redone office building was gorgeous, and we designed the theme based on their new, amazing gold light fixtures. For an open house, we recommended heavy appetizers, delicious sweets, wine and beer. A jazz band playing standards in the background and some strategically placed twinkle lights, custom gold linens, and sleekly presented explosions of fuchsia peonies – yes, peonies! – was all we needed to create a professional and festive atmosphere. Special shout out to our own Creative Director, Andrea Muchin (also known as Floribunda) for the elegant centerpieces, Wendy Gardner for her exquisite desserts (guests were literally fighting over the ginger/chocolate fudge cookies), Alicia Smiley of Well Fed, and The Abe Train for their classic jazz music – a perfect night!
