25th Wedding Anniversary at the Ranch – Austin, TX

We produced our dream milestone celebration recently.  For a 25th wedding anniversary, we set out to create an experience that transcended the idea of a traditional celebration. What unfolded was a weekend retreat that blended luxury, adventure, culinary excellence, and world-class entertainment.  At the heart of the celebration was a custom-designed Glamping Village, where guests were welcomed into beautifully appointed tents complete with plush bedding, warm lighting, and thoughtful amenities. We also embraced the ranch venue with outdoor activities ranging from horseback riding, mountain biking, outdoor yoga, nature walks and a boisterous pickle ball tournament.

Naturally, our events are not complete without the combination of curated dining – ranging from a 5 course dinner for 80 to a Smokeshow BBQ for 180 – and live music!  Guests were treated to multiple performances, beginning with the storytelling craft of John Fullbright and capped off with Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats who gave an unforgettable set filled with  their high energy brand of soul, rock, R&B, folk, and funk  For the second night of fun, we started with the soulful Southern rock sounds of Jade Patek, then Ashley McBryde’s songwriting and dynamic energy captivated the audience.  For the finale, the Turnpike Troubadours closed the weekend with a performance that brought the entire celebration together with a gritty blend of country, rock, and Americana.  If you love music and celebrating with your friends and family, this kind of celebration was more than an event—we worked hand in hand with our client and their vision to design a celebration that honored not only a milestone life moment, but the joy of creating lasting memories together.
