Sparkling winter lights and custom designed wine bottle table numbers welcomed guests.

Rosecrest Special Events plans parties of all shapes and sizes. Last month, we had a great time working with Golden Gate University in helping to plan the celebration following the Dedication and Naming of the Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation on the occasion of the school’s 45th Anniversary.

The event included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a jazz trio and bourbon bar reception, and sit down dinner at the Golden Gate University Center.   Alta Cuisine did a fantastic job in providing an elegant dinner of seared  salmon with a romesco sauce, basil and parmesan orzo, and grilled asparagus.  The black and white theme accented with bright end-of-November sunflower orange was even repeated in the decadent Cheese Cake Supreme with oreo crust, complete with orange and yellow edible flowers.  Take a look at our pictures, and let us know if we can help you plan your next gala event!
