We have served this dinner in years past and it always works great for a crowd. The Tuscan theme is also a winner because your wine choices are made easy – the Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino vintages will make everyone swoon! Here is an updated menu following a lot of taste tasting!
Tuscan Dinner for 50
For your decor, use white tablecloths and colorful plates. Hurricanes filled with white rocks or sea salt and a candle nestled in are simple but have lots of lighting impact. Bundles of sunflowers complete your theme.
Make sure to have several bottles of water preset on your tables and the wine open and easy to reach. When your guests arrive, serve Prosecco mixed with raspberries and mint leaves.
